Apropos the subject:
- It is to bring in your kind notice of Govt. of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Regulation Wing), Lahore Notification No. SOR-III (S&GAD) 2-15/87 (P-I) dated 19.01.2019 and in the light of guidance issued by the School Education Department vide No. SO (SE-III) 5-121/2011 (P-I) dated 2nd July, 2019 regarding the said notification, the notified Committee for Departmental Promotion at District Level for the posts in BS-1 to 16 is as under:-
a. Appointing Authority — Chairman
b. Additional Deputy Commissioner (G) — Member
c. One Member to be nominated by the School Education Department — Member
d. Officer In-charge concerned — Secretary
- Agenda of the DPC is as under:
i. Promotion of PST to EST (Male & Female) (Arts & Sci)
ii. Promotion EST to SST (Male & Female) (Arts)
iii. Proforma Promotion EST to SST
iv. Promotion of Ministerial Staff

- It is humbly requested that Departmental Representative for the DPC may kindly be nominated / appointed as a Member of DPC meeting scheduled on 05.09.2026 (Saturday) 11:00 AM, which will be convened in the office of Chief Executive Officer (DEA) RYK.
