It has been observed from the result of the 9th Class 1st Annual Examination 2026 that the overall result percentage of your school is zero or below 10%, whereas the Board overall result stands at 43.41%.

This poor result reflects unsatisfactory performance. You are therefore directed to appear before the undersigned and submit a written explanation on 05.09.2026 (today) at 01.00 PM regarding the reasons for the zero or below 10% result, along with detail of the measures taken by the school administration and teaching staff to improve the academic performance, teacher wise and overall result.

And, a comprehensive improvement plan for the upcoming academic session, particularly focusing on weak students, subject wise performance, regular assessment, remedial teaching and proper monitoring of teaching and overall result.
