Subject: NOMINATION OF SUITABLE CANDIDATES AS MASTER TRAINERS (MTs) FOR THE TRAINING OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
With reference to the subject cited above, you are requested to select the Trainers (MTs) through a committee comprises of the following members:
i. Representative of the concerned Chief Executive Officer (CEO), DEA.
ii. Head of the concerned District PECTAA Office.
iii. Subject Specialist of Computer Science or equivalent.

2. The selected Master Trainers (MTs) will receive training at the district level and will subsequently conduct cascade training for approximately 28,000 designated Primary School Heads/Teachers at the tehsil level. The selected candidates should meet the following criteria:
3. Criteria for Selection of Master Trainers
i. The candidate should possess at least a Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Sciences, Education, or a related field.
ii. The candidate should have prior experience as a Master Trainer (MT) in training programmes conducted by the School Education Department, PECTAA, or other relevant organizations.
iii. The candidate should have a strong command of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, along with demonstrated familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, particularly ChatGPT, Gemini etc., and other relevant AI-based educational tools.
iv. Preference will be given to validated/certified Master Trainers who have demonstrated satisfactory performance in previous training programmes.
v. The candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and training skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor participants.

vi. The nominated candidate must be willing and available to attend the complete MT training programme and subsequently undertake the assigned responsibilities for cascading the AI training at the tehsil level.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly ensure a transparent and merit-based selection process and recommend 680 suitable and competent Master Trainers across Punjab, as per the allocated district-wise quota, to the Training & Certification Unit, PECTAA, by 18.09.2026 at monitoring.officer@pectaa.edu.pk and zeeshany.dsd@gmail.com.
5. It is pertinent to mention that the cascade training will be conducted at the tehsil level. You are, therefore, requested to select the Master Trainers (MTs), preferably from the respective tehsils. In case suitable candidates are not available at the tehsil level, MTs may be selected from …
