No.AEA-I-15-22/2002(P-VI): In continuation of this Department’s earlier notification bearing No. AEA-I-15-22/2002 (P-VI) dated 13.02.2024 and in exercise of powers conferred under clause 22 of the Articles of Association (AOA) of Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC), and approval accorded by the Provincial Cabinet through circulation (vide letter No. SO(CAB-II)1-313/2026(Circulation/A) dated 07.09.2026, Government of the Punjab is pleased to make following appointment of Chairman and Member/ Independent Director, in the Board of Directors of PIEDMC with immediate effect.
