10th Class Zero Percent Result Schools 2026 – Complete List & Details

It is informed that the Heads of all the schools to whom this letter is addressed are hereby directed to appear in the office of the undersigned on 29th August, 2026 (Saturday) at 09:15 A.M.

2. The concerned Head shall ensure the presence of all teachers who taught Class 10th during the relevant academic session.

3. Furthermore, the following record/documents must be brought along:

1. Written report/explanation of each subject teacher regarding every failed student, clearly mentioning the reasons as to why the student failed in the respective subject.
2. Personal File/complete record of each failed student, duly maintained by the school.
3. Complete record of Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) conducted in respect of the concerned students, including attendance and proceedings/record of meetings with parents.
4. Any other relevant academic record, interventions or remedial measures taken by the school/teachers for improving the performance of the failed students.

5. The Heads are personally responsible to ensure the presence of all concerned teachers along with the above-mentioned complete record. No excuse or absence shall be entertained.

6. This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
