Subject: DIRECTIONS REGARDING REOPENING OF SCHOOLS AND MAINTENANCE OF CLEANLINESS
It has been directed by the Competent Authority that all Government schools in District Sialkot shall be reopened and made fully functional in a proper and presentable condition.
All Heads are hereby directed to ensure that the entire school premises, including classrooms, corridors, offices, laboratories, washrooms, playgrounds and surrounding areas, are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in a hygienic condition before reopening.
It is further directed that all schools shall remain open on Sunday for necessary cleaning, arrangements and preparation for reopening. The concerned Head shall ensure her/his presence and personally supervise all arrangements.
Any negligence or failure to comply with these directions shall be viewed seriously, and the concerned Head shall be held responsible.
